Duties include but are not limited to:
- Places dishes in the dishwasher and runs through cycles, assuring proper washing and rinsing temperatures and recording those temperatures in a log.
- Washes pots & pans and other applicable food containers manually and dries them thoroughly
- Cleans hood, filters, fans, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, tray stands, and other equipment as directed
- Performs general cleaning schedules as assigned
- Removes garbage from kitchen/dining areas and cleans holders and receptacles.
- Cleans, mops, and sanitizes all kitchen floor areas.
- Assists with incoming supplies, placing food and other items in appropriate storage areas
- Assists in the delivery and retrieving of tray and other food carts from all dining room areas
Per Diem
Shifts: 7am – 3pm or 4pm – 8pm
Weekend availability required
