  • Ensures growth initiatives and business commitments are supported by appropriate technical expertise, operational readiness, resource capacity, and delivery capabilities.
  • Facilitates collaboration between commercial and technical leaders to develop integrated solutions, strengthen client value propositions, and position technical expertise as a key market differentiator.
  • Provides market intelligence, client feedback, industry insights, and competitive information that inform technical strategy, service development, innovation efforts, and future capability investments.
  • Promotes technical thought leadership, innovation, and cross-disciplinary collaboration while supporting the commercialization and adoption of new capabilities, methodologies, technologies, and service offerings.

People & Delivery

  • Partners with operational and technical leaders to ensure growth commitments are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with client expectations.
  • Supports talent acquisition, succession planning, capability development, and resource planning initiatives that strengthen organizational capacity and support long-term growth objectives.
  • Promotes a culture of client focus, continuous improvement, innovation, professionalism, and effective stakeholder communication while ensuring client expectations are successfully transitioned from pursuit through delivery.

  • Demonstrates ownership of commercial performance through strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to evaluate revenue opportunities, profitability drivers, market conditions, competitive intelligence, business risks, and performance metrics to inform strategic actions.
  • Demonstrates the ability to align and influence Technical Excellence, Commercial, People & Delivery, and corporate stakeholders around growth priorities, building consensus and fostering collaboration that advances client objectives and business outcomes.

  • Demonstrates executive presence, accountability, sound judgment, and execution discipline, with the ability to navigate complex business environments, manage competing priorities, adapt to changing market conditions, and consistently deliver growth commitments and strategic objectives.
