Director, Solution Advisory, Healthcare

The Director, Solution Advisory – Healthcare serves as a trusted advisor to healthcare customers, partnering with Sales to uncover complex business challenges and demonstrate how Icertis can modernize contracting processes. This role blends deep industry knowledge, business‑process expertise, consultative solutioning, and compelling storytelling to translate current‑state pain points into actionable, value‑driven solution narratives and demos across payer, provider, and life‑sciences organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to identify and qualify high‑impact healthcare opportunities.
• Conduct deep‑dive assessments of current contracting processes and pain points.
• Develop and deliver tailored solution narratives that link Icertis capabilities to operational outcomes and financial value.
• Create and present executive‑level demos and proof‑of‑concepts for payer, provider, and life‑sciences stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to map improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and professional services to ensure solution alignment and successful implementation.
• Drive the development of reference architectures, use cases, and best‑practice guides for the healthcare market.
• Act as a thought leader, publishing whitepapers, webinars, and speaking at industry events.
• Measure and report on the business impact of deployed solutions, including efficiency gains, compliance improvements, and risk reduction.
• Mentor junior solution advisors and contribute to the growth of the Solution Advisory practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare (payer, provider, or life sciences) with a strong understanding of contracting and revenue cycle processes.
• Proven track record of consultative selling and solution architecture in enterprise software.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, able to influence C‑level executives.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR, etc.).
• Experience translating technical capabilities into business value and ROI calculations.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams (sales, product, services).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 40% for customer engagements and industry events.
• Passion for innovation in contract lifecycle management and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Additional benefit if the individual also has spoken knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese.

Compensation:

OTE: $225,000 to $295,000 (75/25)

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual sales target incentive bonus, an equity component is included in the compensation package.
