Director/ Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition (East Coast)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manages and develops talent team capabilities by hiring, training, and mentoring within a global, fast-paced, distributed, high growth environment.

• Partners with functional leaders on advise on recruitment related actions.

• Aligns recruiting priorities with business growth needs.

• Analyzes current talent acquisition processes, identifies efficiencies, gaps and determines a strategy to streamline and standardize processes globally.

• Develops a global recruitment strategy that cost effectively delivers sources for a strong candidate pool.  Holds team accountable for sourcing candidates for open positions.

• Understands the workforce planning process to better project future skill and capability needs.

• Develop and reports on metrics to measure the effectiveness of the talent team and drives performance and outcomes Analyzes data and trends to provide informed recommendations on team strategy, structure, and priorities.
• Evaluates, selects and manages vendor relationships.  Assesses and measures effectiveness and ensures compliance with negotiated agreements. Monitors labor market trends and provides competitive insights to inform and execute

What We Are Searching For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of talent acquisition experience within Clinical Research
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Experience hiring, developing and managing global talent acquisition teams with cross-cultural differences. 
• Proven experience in developing strategies to recruit and hire employees through effective sourcing and evaluation processes. Ability to design and manage processes with appropriate degrees of consistency for a global business.
• Demonstrated capability to take a data-driven approach to strategy development and operational management.
• Passion for driving process improvement.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and working with C-level executives.

US East Coast working hours are required
