Salary Range: $160,000 to $200,000/year + 20% Annual Incentive Plan 
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Quest Diagnostics’ Clinical Solutions division manages diagnostic tests and other solutions that help hundreds of millions of patients gain insights into their health each year. Product Directors own a large clinical segment and a portfolio of diagnostic tests and solutions. The Product Director for Cardiovascular will manage a ~$600M portfolio within our multi-billion-dollar Cardiometabolic, Endocrinology, and Wellness department. This role will oversee testing for various aspects of Cardiovascular health like dyslipidemia, heart failure, vascular inflammation, cardiometabolic disease, and cardiogenetics. This role will oversee 2 product managers, determine the proper assignment of these managers to the portfolio, and manage their performance.

To be successful, this individual will partner closely with Medical, Operations, IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and many other cross-functional partners to build the business case for, secure approval of, and manage the launch of new solutions. The Product Director will also maintain relationships and opportunistically collaborate with medical associations, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and many other external organizations.
