About the Role:Project New Generation LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead and elevate our clinical care team in Glendale, AZ. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all nursing operations, clinical staff, and day-to-day patient care delivery
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and best practices
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality care standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Manage nursing department budgets, staffing schedules, and resource allocation
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree (MSN) preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of nursing leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and clinical best practices
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing nursing teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with quality improvement, patient safety initiatives, and care coordination
