-Assistant Director of Nursing -The Atrium at Rocky Hill, Located at 1160 Elm St EXT, Rocky Hill

-Assistant Director of Nursing - The Village at Brookfield Commons, located at 246A Federal Rd, Brookfield

 -Part Time Registered Nurse, RN - Middletown, Rocky Hill, and East Haven

What You Will Bring

Qualifications may vary by position and community. Candidates should have:

· A current Registered Nurse license in accordance with state requirements

· At least one year of RN experience in assisted living, home care or hospice and two years of RN experience in a care setting

· A bachelor’s degree in nursing, preferred

· Gerontology certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, preferred

· Knowledge of dementia care, preferred

· The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods

· The ability to participate in an on-call rotation when required for the position
