About the Role

Zencore is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Head of Marketing to design, execute, and scale our global marketing strategy.

In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for three core pillars: setting overarching marketing strategy, building brand awareness across the Google Cloud ecosystem, and driving scalable customer acquisition pipelines. You will serve as the architect of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, positioning Zencore as the premier enterprise partner for cloud modernization and full stack AI on Google Cloud.

This role requires a balance of high-level strategic vision, data-driven demand generation, and deep ecosystem marketing. You will work closely with executive leadership, sales, practice leads, and Google Cloud field marketing teams to turn Zencore’s technical capabilities into market demand.

Responsibilities

• Define GTM Strategy: Build and execute an integrated, multi-year marketing strategy designed to accelerate revenue growth.

• Budget & ROI Ownership: Manage the global marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across brand, demand generation, events, and co-marketing to maximize pipeline ROI.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Alliances, and Delivery leadership to align marketing programs with sales targets, practice expansion, and enterprise account strategies.

• Ecosystem Co-Marketing: Maximize joint marketing opportunities with Google Cloud - leveraging Partner Marketing Funds (MDF), RAMP programs, and co-branded campaigns to amplify reach.

• Events & Event Strategy: Own Zencore’s presence at major industry and ecosystem events (e.g., Google Cloud Next, regional summits, and executive roundtables), driving high-touch executive engagement.

• Thought Leadership & PR: Oversee content strategy, customer case studies, technical whitepapers, and PR initiatives to showcase Zencore’s technical wins and client outcomes.

• Multi-Channel Pipeline Generation: Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and inbound/outbound campaigns targeting enterprise C-suite buyers (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and VPs of Infrastructure/AI).

• Funnel Optimization: Build and optimize a predictable demand generation engine across paid media, LinkedIn, organic search, content syndication, and email marketing.

• Commercial Solution Packaging: Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling, buyer-centric value propositions, sales playbooks, and solution sheets for our service practices.

• Customer Success Advocacy: Partner with Delivery leads to capture and publish high-impact enterprise case studies, video testimonials, and ROI metrics that validate Zencore's market leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ Years of B2B Marketing Leadership: Proven track record in B2B enterprise marketing, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role within a cloud consultancy, professional services firm, or high-growth IT services company.

• Hyperscaler / Google Ecosystem Experience: Direct experience working within the Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure partner ecosystems. Deep familiarity with co-marketing programs, MDF utilization, and hyperscaler field alignment is highly desirable.

• Track Record in Demand Gen & Pipeline Growth: Demonstrated ability to own a pipeline target, build multi-touch ABM campaigns, and generate measurable enterprise pipeline.

• Data-Driven & MarTech Savvy: Proficient with modern sales and marketing technology stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ABM platforms, and web analytics). Strong understanding of the current AI tooling.

• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical cloud/AI concepts into business outcomes for executive buyers.
