Director of Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation (PT, OT, ST, RN)

Overview

Signet Health, a national acute rehabilitation and behavioral health company is currently recruiting for a Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation to oversee the inpatient rehabilitation program at South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta, GA.

As the Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for the onsite daily management needs of the Signet Health Client hospital contractual relationship and the supervision of patient care for the unit. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Development and execution of a high-quality, best-practice clinical program.
• Development and implementation of a comprehensive community relations and education program.
• Strategic planning, business development, financial, quality, and regulatory operations.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related clinical healthcare field (PT, OT, ST, RN); Master’s degree preferred. *Candidates with Masters in Healthcare Administration will also be considered.
• Experience as a Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation is required.
• Experience working within an acute care hospital setting highly preferred.
• Demonstrates exceptional skills in all forms of communication – verbal, written, formal, informal. 
• Works closely with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
