Job Details: Job Location: Onslow Memorial Hospital - Jacksonville, NC, Position Type: Full Time 1.0, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Management, The Director of Facilities administers all engineering and facility functions for corporate and sub-corporation entities. Directs the activities of necessary resources to ensure that all corporate and sub-corporation facilities function and operate in a safe, reliable and efficient manner while satisfying all applicable regulatory requirements. He/she will provide leadership in establishing high-quality standards for the facility operations and ensures facilities are a safe environment for patient and family centered care in accordance with the mission, vision and values of the hospital and sub corporations. Serves as the Facility Safety Officer.
Qualifications: Education/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in applicable field to include Business, Hospital Administration, or Engineering.
Preferred ASHE certification of Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM).
Experience:
Five years experience in leadership and management role facilities.

With the exception of Brynn Marr Psychiatric Hospital and the Naval Hospital at Camp Lejeune, Onslow Memorial Hospital is the only hospital in the City of Jacksonville and Onslow County. Onslow Memorial Hospital is also nationally accredited by The Joint Commission. Our competent medical staff of over 100 doctors is credentialed in over 25 specialty areas.
The hospital offers a vast array of healthcare services with state-of-the-art diagnostic services, including a Women's Imaging Center, Heartburn Center, Cardiac Cath Lab, Neurodiagnostic Lab, MRI and CT Scan, to list just a few. Onslow Memorial Hospital also has a modern Labor and Delivery suite with state-of-the-art monitoring system, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Newborn Nursery, Intensive Care Unit/Coronary Care Unit, Medical and Surgical Services, and Rehabilitation Services (including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy). A responsive Emergency Department and Minor Emergency Care Unit treats more than 50,000 patients annually.
