Short Description
- The Director, Enterprise Change & Transformation provides strategic leadership for enterprise-wide change and transformation, establishing the approach, methodologies, capabilities, and partnerships required to prepare the organization for change, accelerate adoption, and sustain intended business and workforce outcomes.
- The Director serves as a trusted advisor to Cooper leaders, transformation sponsors, project teams, and HR leadership on complex organizational, technology, process, and cultural change.
- The role leads the strategy & execution of HR communications ensuring that messaging and the employee value proposition are authentic, integrated, measurable, and aligned with Cooper University Health Care’s organizational priorities, culture, and corporate brand standards.
Experience Required
6-10 years required.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
License/Certification Requirements
Prosci Change Management Certification or similar required.
