About the Role

We're hiring a Consumer Marketing Manager to own end-user engagement across the Addition Wealth ecosystem. You'll be the connective tissue between our product, brand, and the people with access to our platform, responsible for keeping users informed, engaged, and getting value from the product over time. This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who wants to own a channel mix end-to-end and see the direct impact of their work on usage and retention.

You'll report directly to the CMO and work closely with Product, Growth, and Client Success.

What You'll Do

• Own regular, ongoing engagement with end users across email, direct mail, and other lifecycle channels
• Plan and execute consumer marketing campaigns from strategy through launch and post-campaign analysis
• Partner with Product on go-to-market for new features and product marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans
• Build and manage lifecycle/email marketing programs -- onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement flows
• Develop and test offline tactics as part of an integrated engagement strategy
• Segment and target end users based on behavior, product usage, and lifecycle stage
• Report regularly to the CMO on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and program impact
• Continuously test, measure, and optimize tactics to improve engagement and retention outcomes
• Collaborate with Client Success and partner teams to ensure end-user communications reflect each white-label partner's brand and requirements

What You'll Bring

• 5-8 years of consumer or product marketing experience, ideally at a fintech, financial services, or consumer company
• Comfortable working with AI and modern marketing tools and excited to use the latest tech to move faster and work smarter
• Resourceful and ownership-driven, down to figure things out and get things done without a lot of hand-holding
• Expertise leveraging data to drive engagement and conversion 
• Proven experience planning and running multi-channel campaigns 
• Experience with direct mail or other offline/owned channels a strong plus
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Client Success teams
• Strong analytical instincts -- comfortable defining metrics, reporting on performance, and using data to guide decisions
• Excellent written communication skills; able to write and edit consumer-facing copy
• Experience marketing to end users within a white-label or B2B2C model is a plus
• A builder's mindset -- comfortable in a lean, high-ownership environment where you'll wear multiple hats

\n$140,000 - $180,000 a yearSalary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The salary range reflects the base salary only.\n
