Director of Wellness Sales & Patient Enrollment

Owns the path from lead to enrolled patient across every NIVA Health wellness clinic

Location: Remote (United States). Candidates based in Florida, Michigan, or Texas preferred but not required. Occasional travel to clinics as needed.

Reports to: Vice President of Wellness

Compensation: $75k - $80k per year + performance bonus tied to monthly cash sales and program enrollment targets

NIVA Health is growing its wellness clinics across Florida and Michigan, and we are opening new markets. Our programs work: weight loss, joint and knee pain, executive physicals, IV therapy, and allergy care. What we need now is a leader who makes sure every interested patient becomes an enrolled patient, and every enrolled patient finishes their program and comes back.

This is not a back-office operations role. It is a revenue leadership role. You will own weekly cash sales and program enrollment for our wellness clinics, and you will be the person who connects marketing, Wellness Case Managers, providers, and clinic leadership into one system that converts.

What This Role Really Is

Today, leads come in from marketing, Wellness Case Managers work them, providers see patients, and clinics deliver programs. Each piece works on its own. Too often, the pieces don't work together, and revenue slips through the gaps. You will be the integrator: the leader who owns the full funnel and makes every stage accountable to the result.

What You'll Do

• Own the revenue target. Take accountability for weekly and monthly cash sales and program enrollment across all wellness clinics, with clear targets by clinic and by Case Manager.
• Lead the conversion team. Hire, coach, and manage Wellness Case Managers as a sales-driven team. Run daily huddles, call reviews, scripting, and weekly one-on-ones built around results.
• Run the funnel end to end. Track every stage from lead to booked consult to enrolled program to completed program to repeat visit. Find where patients drop off and fix it fast.
• Integrate marketing and sales. Partner with Marketing so campaigns match clinic capacity and case manager follow-up. Report on cost per lead, speed to lead, and conversion by campaign so budget goes where it pays back.
• Align providers and clinics. Work with Medical Office Directors and providers so consults turn into clear, patient-friendly program recommendations, and so schedules support the programs being sold.
• Package and price programs. Help shape cash-pay program offers, including our time-limited programs, so they are easy to explain, easy to buy, and delivered as promised.
• Drive retention and repeats. Build follow-up, renewal, and referral workflows so patients complete their programs and return for the next one.
• Report to leadership weekly. Own the wellness sales section of the executive scorecard, including cash sales, starts, repeats, and conversion by clinic, and come with actions, not just numbers.
• Launch new markets. Stand up the enrollment process, scripts, and team training when NIVA Health opens new clinics.
• Sell with integrity. Ensure every recommendation is clinically appropriate, accurately documented, and compliant. Growth that can't survive an audit isn't growth.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of sales leadership in a patient-facing, cash-pay healthcare setting such as med spa, weight loss, concierge or executive medicine, regenerative medicine, dental, cosmetic, or elective procedures.
• A proven record of owning and hitting a revenue target, with numbers you can show us.
• 3+ years directly managing and coaching a sales, patient coordinator, or consultative enrollment team.
• Hands-on experience running a CRM-driven funnel, including lead management, pipeline reporting, and conversion metrics.
• Comfort working alongside providers and clinical teams, and a firm understanding of where sales ends and clinical judgment begins.
• Strong command of the data: you know your conversion rates, show rates, and average program value without having to look them up.
• Willingness to travel to clinics as business needs require.

• Experience with EMRs (eClinicalWorks a plus), marketing attribution, and call tracking tools.
• You are the connector between departments that don't naturally talk to each other.

How Success Is Measured

Weekly and monthly cash sales by clinic; new program starts and repeat visits; lead-to-consult and consult-to-enrollment conversion; speed to lead; program completion and renewal rates; marketing return by campaign; and the performance and retention of your team.

Your First 90 Days

• Days 1–30: Learn every clinic's funnel, sit in on consults and case manager calls, and establish a daily sales dashboard by clinic and by team member.
• Days 31–60: Roll out standardized scripts, follow-up cadences, and speed-to-lead standards. Hit the weekly cash sales target consistently in our Florida clinics.
• Days 61–90: Tie marketing spend to conversion data, lift program completion and repeat rates, and have a repeatable playbook ready for new clinic launches.
