Director of Branded Social

We are looking for a strategic and creative Director of Branded Social to build, lead, and evolve our organic social function across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms. As Resilia prepares to launch key growth initiatives, this leader will establish the voice, creative direction, and day-to-day programming needed to build a brand people actually want to follow.

Operating as a strategic "player-coach," you will bridge the gap between organic brand storytelling and performance marketing. You will act as the core brand social strategist supporting our paid social efforts while building the long-term infrastructure and team around this function over time.

What You’ll Do:

• Organic Social Ownership: Own the overarching strategy, creative direction, content development, and daily evolution of Resilia’s organic social presence across all key channels.
• Paid & Organic Synergy: Serve as the strategic bridge between organic brand storytelling and the paid social engine, ensuring brand messaging and performance creatives support and strengthen one another.
• Player-Coach Execution: Set high-level strategic direction while actively jumping into day-to-day content creation, creative reviews, copy polishing, and trend hijacking when needed.
• Creator & Cultural Strategy: Identify cultural opportunities, direct creator partnerships, and build authentic community relationships that elevate brand perception.
• Team & Infrastructure Building: Establish the workflows, content ops, and foundational headcount needed to scale Resilia’s branded social footprint as the company grows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Modern Brand Intuition: Deep understanding of how top-tier DTC/consumer brands behave on social—knowing how to build community and engagement far beyond simply managing a static content calendar.
• Dual Execution Capabilities: Proven ability to operate as both a high-level strategist and an agile content creator who can jump into execution without hand-holding.
• Performance Alignment: Experience collaborating with paid media, creative, and lifecycle marketing teams to align social strategy with broader acquisition and retention goals.
• Creator Management: Strong track record of sourcing, briefing, and directing content creators and influencers to generate platform-native assets.
• Communication & Leadership: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the vision to lead and mentor future social media talent.

Working Hours & Culture

• Role Timeline: Full-time leadership hire with a targeted kickoff in Q1.
• Async-First: Global, remote-first team setup requiring core daily overlap with US EST business hours for team syncs and cross-functional alignment.

Compensation: $12,000 to $15,000 per month, scaling dynamically based on depth of brand strategy experience, creator track record, and social media leadership.
