  • Total Compensation - Competitive pay, quarterly bonuses and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match to help you save for your future and ensure that you can retire with financial security.

Compensation: Budgeted between $121,400 and $161,500 dependent upon applicable experience.

Remote: Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office.

The Director, Finance Business Partner, will serve as the primary strategic finance lead supporting the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, including Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer-facing teams. This role goes beyond reporting — it acts as a trusted advisor, translating data into actionable insights that shape revenue strategy, optimize investment decisions, and drive profitable growth.

Success in this role requires strong cross-functional partnership, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders through clear storytelling and data-backed recommendations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates challenges, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve performance across the revenue engine.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual financial and strategic planning process for the Go-To-Market business unit, partnering directly with Executive Team members to align financial plans with business priorities.

  • Serve as a strategic finance advisor to Executive Team members, providing financial insight, challenge, and recommendations to support business decisions.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to evaluate pipeline health, bookings trends, pricing strategies, and ROI on GTM investments.

  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.

  • Provide strategic decision support on headcount planning, territory design, compensation plans, and marketing spend allocation.

  • Analyze key SaaS and revenue metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, pipeline coverage, etc.) and provide actionable insights.

  • Partner with RevOps to ensure alignment between systems (Salesforce), reporting, and financial outcomes.

  • Drive continuous improvement in commission and incentive program design to align behaviors with company strategy.

  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within the revenue plan and communicate mitigation strategies.

  • Lead analyses and projects that provide new insights to business leaders and strengthen strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Promote data-driven decision-making by translating complex financial and operational information into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Partner closely with People Business Partners on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, organizational changes, and other people-related decisions with significant financial impact.

  • Successfully collaborate with many different stakeholders and senior leadership to identify solutions needed to meet their business goals and provide influential advice, insight, challenge, and decision support.

  • Manage special projects such as strategic planning, business case preparation, and M&A support.

  • Ensure alignment between financial plans, operational decisions, workforce strategies, and broader strategic initiatives.

  • Review, analyze, and ensure the quality of operational data.

  • Work with teams to develop operational insights and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with ad hoc analysis and support.

  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze key financial metrics and understand the root causes of fluctuations with revenue and costs.

  • Review and analyze financial and operational data, identify key trends and root causes of revenue and cost fluctuations, and recommend actions to improve performance.

  • Lead regular financial reporting and business performance reviews for assigned areas, providing executives with meaningful insights into results, risks, opportunities, and outlook.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
