Indera (formerly ARISE/EFR) is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a friendly young woman who enjoys art, trains, going to the library and playing Pokémon Go.  In this role, you will help her become more involved in community events and recreational opportunities and will help her learn skills to become more independent.  She is interested in meal planning and grocery shopping for herself.  She is seeking a friendly, upbeat individual to accompany her into the community, and to support her goals for independence and light physical activity.   Please respond with a resume or summary of experience. 

Hours and Days of work:

The schedule would be 9:00 am until 2:00 pm on Fridays.  There is some flexibility in the schedule that could be worked out with the family upon hire.  

Payrate:

Qualifications:
Must have a valid drivers license 
Effective communication and organizational skills required.
Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by Indera's technology policy.
