We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to work in our Westchester County, NY Locations.

What is a Direct Support Professional?

Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), promoting community integration and inclusion, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, teaching daily and independent living skills.

Job Types 

Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem Shifts Available

Location Bedford Hills, NY

(We have other locations throughout Westchester County, NY)

White Plains, NY
Yorktown Heights, NY
Croton on Hudson, NY
Sleepy Hollow, NY

Compensation $17.70 - $18.50 per hour (Based on qualifications and experience)

Hiring managers will be conducting (in-person) interviews at this event.

 
: Qualifications

Valid Driver's License Required (preferred but not required)
High School Diploma Preferred for DSP
No prior experience is required to become a DSP as training will be provided
All job-specific training will be conducted at IAHD Training HUB or specific work location. Must be able to attend New Employee Orientation for 3 days

Shift Available

Our shifts are as follows:

Evenings – 3pm – 11pm
Overnights – 11pm – 7am
Weekends – 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm, 11pm – 7am
