Indera (formerly ARISE/Exceptional Family Resources) is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide Community Habilitation for a young adult woman with a developmental disability in the Auburn area. She enjoys a wide variety of activities. The individual is looking for a dedicated staff member to provide support while working on independent living skills and assisting her to be more involved in community activities.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Prior experience is a plus. Reliable transportation and an HS diploma/GED are required. Background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.

Work hours include Thursday through Monday, 20 hours with a flexible schedule to be agreed upon with the family.  The pay rate is $22 per hour. Indera is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid drivers license 
Effective communication and organizational skills required.
Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
