As a  Companion / Direct Support Professional (DSP) you’ll work one-on-one in homes and communities, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (including Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and more). You’ll serve as a mentor, advocate, and steady presence—helping each person build confidence, develop life skills, and live life on their terms.

What We’re Looking For in Our Companions / Direct Support Professionals (DSP):

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
• Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area

We currently have priority afternoon shifts available from 1pm-4pm Mondays and Fridays in the Souderton area.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at $18/hour
• Flexible PRN scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
• Short commute times—we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
  • Mileage reimbursement options available

What You’ll Do as a Companion / Direct Support Professional (DSP):

• Support daily routines like dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Engage in hobbies, activities, and meaningful social interaction
• Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation
• Help individuals stay active, connected, and engaged in their communities
