Job Details: Job Location: West Union B - Bound Brook, NJ, Salary Range: $18.25 - $19.25Hourly, Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Somerset County

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Part Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The DSP plays a critical role in fostering a safe, therapeutic, and family-like environment where residents can thrive and achieve greater independence.
Current Open Shift:
Part Time – Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
What You’ll Do:
Assist with daily living skills and personal care
Administer medications and document services
Support medical appointments and community activities
Maintain a safe, structured, home-like environment
Communicate changes and complete required documentation
Act as a liaison and advocate for individuals and their families, facilitating access to community resources
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, EIHAB policies, and safety standards
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
2 years related work or life experience
Valid NJ Driver’s License with good driving record (3 years’ history)
Must be 21+ years old
Ability to complete required trainings (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.)
Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and CARI check
