Your Role as a DSP:
- Provide personalized support to individuals with special needs.
- Foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes growth and independence.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and goal management.
- Implement teaching strategies and support individuals in daily living and community activities.
What You Need:
- The ideal candidate will have current/recent DSP experience, current CPR, First Aid, Article 9 training certificates and an Arizona Fingerprint card.
- A passion for helping individuals with special needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with others.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
