ABiLITY is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.
No experience? No problem. We provide paid training, certifications, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Pay
- $20/hour – Part-Time
Additional pay may be offered based on verified experience.
Available Shifts
- Days: approximately 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (EXTREMELY LIMITED AVAILABILITY)
- Evenings: approximately 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Primary availability)
- Overnights: approximately 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM (EXTREMELY LIMITED AVAILABILITY)
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, routines)
- Support independence and community involvement
- Administer medications (training provided)
- Maintain a safe, respectful environment
- Complete daily documentation

What We’re Looking For
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or GED (or currently enrolled)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Able to pass required screenings
- Dependable and willing to learn
Training & Certifications (Company-Paid)
- Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)
- CPR / First Aid / AED
- Crisis Prevention
- DSP training modules

**ABiLITY provides comprehensive support to its employees and clients through module-based training tailored for DSPs using the Relias platform, enhancing their capacity to serve effectively. The allocation of locations and training paths is subject to the specific support requirements of individuals and discretion of agency management.
