Job Description
We are looking for a caring and dependable individual to provide in-home and community-based support. This role focuses on assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and encouraging meaningful community involvement in a supportive and respectful environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide in-home and community support
- Assist with daily activities such as meals and household tasks
- Offer guidance and encouragement to support daily routines
- Help build and maintain independent living skills
- Provide transportation to appointments and community outings
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
