The Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll step into one of the most impactful roles in human services. Think of yourself as a life coach for the individuals you support — helping them build confidence, develop new skills, and navigate the world on their own terms. No two days are the same, and that's what makes this work extraordinary.
What You'll Do
- Explore the community alongside individuals, connecting them to experiences, places, and people that enrich their lives
- Increase social interactions within the community by supporting individuals in building meaningful connections
- Follow the family plan to support the unique interests and needs of each individual
- Assist with adult daily living skills both within and outside of the home

What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for supporting others and making a difference
- Individuals who lead with empathy and care, while also centering the needs of others
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Reliability, patience, and a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
- Must pass a background check — no prior experience in disability services needed!
- Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification required — we will help you obtain this!
- CPR/First Aid certification required — we will help you obtain this!
