Part-Time Direct Support Professional – In-Home Supports (IHS)
Pay: $19.96/hour

What You’ll Do
As an In-Home Supports DSP, you’ll work directly with individuals to help them build independence, stay connected to their community, and maintain a safe and fulfilling lifestyle. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with daily living skills, personal care, and household tasks
- Supporting meal planning, grocery shopping, budgeting, and money management
- Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Encouraging social, recreational, and community involvement
- Supporting health and wellness needs
- Helping individuals develop technology and digital literacy skills
- Completing required documentation and communicating with the individual’s support team
- Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and overall quality of life
Available Part-Time Schedules

| D | Tuesday–Friday 3 PM–8 PM; Saturday 8 AM–2 PM | 26 hrs |
| E | Sunday 10 AM–4 PM; Monday–Thursday 3 PM–8 PM | 26 hrs |
| F | Monday–Wednesday 4 PM–7 PM; Saturday & Sunday 9 AM–1 PM | 17 hrs |
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with adequate insurance
- Ability to safely transport individuals as needed
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a support team
- Ability to communicate effectively and complete required documentation
- Basic computer, smartphone, and technology skills
- Ability to complete all required agency training, including CPR, First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration
Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved work-related travel.
