Join our Easterseals NH team as a Direct Support Associate, where you’ll empower adults with developmental disabilities and diverse support needs to build independence, engage in their communities, and live fulfilling lives. We are currently hiring for both our Day Program.

Compensation:

• Day Program: Current opportunities are $19 - $20 hourly, dependent upon program needs. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position.

What You’ll Do: 

Day Program Role: Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm, 30 hours/week.

As a Day Program Direct Support Associate, you’ll support individuals as they participate in engaging, community-based, and skill‑building activities such as: 

• Vocational tasks 

• Volunteerism 

• Outings and integrative community experiences 

Your responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offering hand‑over‑hand assistance, always ensuring each person receives the individualized support they need to succeed. 

Looking for a full 40-hour week? Start in the Day Program and add up to 10 additional hours in one of our residential homes. 

What We’re Looking For 

We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path. Ideal candidates may have experience as a:  

• Direct Support Professional (DSP) 

• Residential Counselor 

• Caregiver 

• Behavior Technician 

• Support Counselor 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 18 years of age 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance 

• Prior direct care/direct support experience preferred, but not required
