We're a 7-figure health and supplement brand looking for a senior creative strategist to own our direct response ad creative.

This is not an agency role. You're joining the brand, working directly with the founders and operators, and building something long-term.

The opportunity here is rare: you'll be working alongside high-level operators who will actively copy chief your work, sharpen your strategy thinking, and teach you systems that are scaling accounts past $100k/day.

You will learn more in 90 days here than most strategists learn in two years at an agency. And the financial upside matches — top performers in this role will earn $50k-$200k+ per month.

WHAT YOU'RE GETTING INTO

•  Own creative strategy for the brand — angle ideation, market research, brief development, script writing, and ad account analysis

•  Produce 15 briefs per week across multiple product lines and funnels

•  Lead daily research using GetHooked, AdSpy, and the Meta Ads Library to find fresh angles before they saturate

•  Review and quality-check briefs from junior strategists — you're the senior creative voice on the team

•  Collaborate with editors through Asana and Frame.io to make sure production runs tight and fast

•  Bridge the gap between media buying and creative by reviewing live performance data and feeding learnings back into new concepts

•  Over time, build out your own creative pod with direct reports — essentially running your own business inside the business

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

WHO YOU ARE

•  4+ years in direct response creative strategy, with hands-on experience in health, wellness, or supplements specifically

•  You've produced at least one ad that crossed $100k in spend in a single month

•  Fluent in Meta Ads Manager across every metric that matters: CPA, nCPA, hook rate, CTR, AOV, RPV, cohort data

•  You know how to use GetHooked, AdSpy, and the Meta Ads Library as real research tools — not things you've just logged into

•  Your background is in video and direct response. You understand what makes a VSL or native ad convert at scale. This is not a UGC role.

•  Experience managing and developing junior strategists — giving feedback, assigning work, and raising the bar on output quality

•  You thrive in lean, fast environments where the standard is performance, not process

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

•  30 days: You know the brand, the products, the winning angles, and the audience inside out. You're producing briefs daily and contributing to performance reviews.

•  60 days: Your creatives are live, winners are getting iterated fast, and the junior strategists around you have a clearer sense of direction because of your leadership.

•  90 days: Output is consistent, creative performance is measurable and trending up, and you're beginning to build your own pod.

COMPENSATION

Base $5,000–$10,000/mo; senior $10,000+ depending on experience. Plus performance incentive of 3–5% of spend.
