Supported Living Services (SLS) – Direct Care Staff
Location: Monterey County | City: Carmel Valley | Job Type: Part-Time

Essential Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities.
- Teach and encourage independent living skills, including cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and personal hygiene.
- Support clients in achieving personal goals and increasing independence.
- Assist with community outings, appointments, and daily activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and case notes.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment.
Qualifications Required:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current insurance
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work throughout Monterey County
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state requirements
- Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Word, and data entry
Preferred:
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
- Previous caregiving, direct support, or behavioral health experience
