Direct Care Assistant-Day shift

Job Details: Job Location: Legal Address - Columbia, TN, Education Level: High School Diploma or equivalent, Salary Range: $17.83 - $17.83Hourly, Job Shift: 7am-7pm, Looking for a rewarding caregiving role? Make a positive impact by supporting clients ages 7-22 with autism in a safe, caring environment.

Enjoy more days off, working 3 days per week on a rotating 7 AM to 7 PM schedule.

Current shifts available:

Full-time days-7am-7pm (3 days per week, days rotate weekly)
PRN-to work as needed as a sub, shifts vary

Job duties include:

Caring for clients with intellectual disabilities and autism
Assisting clients with daily living activities
Providing a warm, family and home-like environment for clients

 
Qualifications:  We prefer candidates with some background, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication.

What we need from you:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical stamina (you'll be active, not stuck in a chair)
Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions)
Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients
Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire
