What You’ll Do:

• Support daily dining room operations to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space
• Assist with meal service, table setup, and dishwashing duties
• Help meet or exceed residents’ dining expectations with friendly and efficient service
• Take a lead role during shifts or assist with training new team members
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• At least 1 year of server experience (Required)
• Experience working with older adults (Preferred)
• Kitchen and dining room–related experience (Preferred)
