The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) Digital Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Define customer needs and preferences across healthcare segments and identify opportunities that can be addressed through digital products.
• Analyze market drivers, customer needs, and adoption barriers to inform product strategy and priorities.
• Design digital products and experiences that simplify healthcare workflows and improve customer and patient outcomes.
• Develop product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, value propositions, and monetization approaches.
• Lead cross-functional teams through product discovery, design, development, launch, commercialization, and ongoing optimization.
• Partner across Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, Legal, Regulatory, Privacy, Security, and other functions to deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop product adoption, marketing, promotion, and sales strategies.
• Use data, performance measures, and customer feedback to prioritize investments and measure customer and business impact.
• Promote technology, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working that improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Serve as a change agent by simplifying complexity, challenging existing processes, and driving digital transformation.
• These responsibilities align with the source document’s stated focus on customer needs, market-driver analysis, digital product design, business cases, monetization, cross-functional leadership, commercialization, and growth.

 Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Eight 6 years of experience.

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from Ten 10 years of experience.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 3 Three years of experience identifying market trends and developing strategies.
• 3 Three years of experience identifying market drivers and economic considerations.
• 3 Three years of experience creating digital tools.

• Strong business judgment supported by data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Experience developing and launching customer-facing digital products.
• Experience translating customer and business needs into product requirements and measurable outcomes

• Remote

Travel: May include up to 10%-20 % domestic

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $172,700, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
