Job Description
• Track ROI of social media posts and email campaigns
• Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports
• Conceptualize, develop, and implement client journey email campaigns using Mailchimp
• Organize brand assets, photography, and graphics for email campaigns
• Analyze metrics to improve and maximize engaging content
• Conduct competitive analysis
• Monitor email campaign performance
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars
• Draft captions and schedule social media posts
• Repurpose existing content into social media posts
• Organize brand assets, photography, and graphics for social media
• Measure and analyze social media campaign performance
• Monitor current social media trends
• Promote events and initiatives through social media channels
• Create and send Mailchimp email reminders for public programming
• Create and send post-event emails
• Develop promotional marketing materials for public programming
• Support the development of the public programming pipeline
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows
• Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Recommend tools and process improvements
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
