Digital Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager based in the United States.

This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who can take campaigns from concept through execution, measurement, and optimization.
You will manage digital campaigns across email, social media, webinars, conferences, and other marketing channels.
The position plays an important role in maintaining an effective always-on marketing engine and turning campaign data into actionable improvements.
You will own lifecycle and nurture initiatives while keeping multiple campaigns coordinated and on schedule.
The role offers significant autonomy and is well suited to a self-directed professional who enjoys moving quickly and taking ownership.
You will collaborate closely with content, design, and performance marketing teams to deliver consistent messaging and strong customer experiences.

Accountabilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, conferences, and other events.

• Manage campaigns from initial planning through launch, optimization, measurement, and reporting.

• Own testing and optimization activities across marketing channels, using performance data to improve future campaigns.

• Build and manage email and lifecycle marketing programs, including nurture sequences, product announcements, and other customer communications.

• Support event marketing activities, including promotional campaigns and logistics for webinars, virtual events, and in-person conferences.

• Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate timelines across multiple concurrent campaigns and channels.

• Use HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms to build campaigns, automate workflows, and monitor performance.

• Track key campaign metrics and communicate results and insights to relevant stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, efficiency, engagement, and conversion.

• Work independently to identify priorities, solve execution challenges, and keep marketing initiatives moving forward.

• Collaborate with content, design, and performance marketing teams to maintain aligned messaging and coordinated campaigns.

• Write and edit customer-facing marketing copy as needed.

• Support an agile marketing environment by adapting campaigns based on performance data, business priorities, and market feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, events, or related digital channels.

• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, take ownership, and execute projects with limited supervision.

• Strong understanding of campaign measurement, performance reporting, testing, and data-driven optimization.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, channels, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Hands-on, proactive approach to marketing execution and continuous improvement.

• Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to write or edit clear, engaging customer-facing content.

• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform is preferred.

• Experience marketing to audiences in healthcare, fintech, eCommerce, or other specialized B2B markets is a plus.

• Familiarity with agentic AI, identity verification, fraud prevention, trust and safety, or compliance-focused industries is advantageous.

• Experience working within an early-stage or growth-stage B2B SaaS environment is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly.

• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing functions.

• Must be based in the United States and have authorization to work in the U.S.
