We are looking for a Digital Growth Manager who will scale our digital presence, lead our client acquisition strategy, and shape how the world’s most ambitious individuals discover and connect with Immigrant Invest.

As Digital Growth Manager, you will play a key role in our global expansion, building and optimizing the digital systems that drive new client acquisition across multiple international markets.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Immigrant Invest’s global digital growth strategy, aligning all channels with our mission to connect people to borderless opportunities.

• Manage performance marketing across multiple platforms, set clear KPIs, and oversee contractors and agencies.

• Build and scale high-performing, data-driven acquisition funnels that deliver measurable results.

• Analyze data to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and implement strategic optimizations.

• Collaborate with the content, email, and product teams to ensure a unified, trust-driven client experience.

• Drive conversion optimization through A/B testing, UX improvements, and funnel refinement.

• Launch and adapt campaigns to support market entry and expansion strategies globally.

• Ensure all communications reflect core company values — trust, integrity, transparency, and excellence.

🌱 Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B or B2C businesses with a long and high-value sales cycle.

• Deep understanding of performance marketing channels (PPC, paid social, funnel strategy, analytics) and how to scale acquisition profitably.

• Strong experience with end-to-end marketing analytics and attribution — from first touchpoint and lead generation through qualification, conversion, and revenue. You understand how to build reliable reporting, track the full customer journey, and use data to make growth decisions.

• Experience working with CRM, analytics, tracking, and attribution systems, and translating complex data into actionable insights.

• Experience in investment migration or adjacent premium/high-value industries, such as premium real estate, yacht sales, investment management, wealth management, private banking, luxury services, or other high-ticket businesses with long sales cycles.

• Analytical and strategic thinker with a data-first mindset, comfortable identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses, and making decisions based on performance data.

• Comfortable leading initiatives end-to-end, from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization.

• Experience collaborating across teams to build seamless, trust-driven customer journeys.

• Fluent in English and Russian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

• Comfortable working across international markets and multicultural teams, with a strong global mindset.
