Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Enterprise Analyst, supporting the Test Operations and Sustainment (TOS) II contract at Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), Arnold Air Force Base, TN.

As a Digital Enterprise Analyst, you will work as a member of the Digital Enterprise (DE) Branch in the Mission Information Services directorate to lead the implementation of data-centered projects and digital transformation initiatives to improve the AEDC ground test data infrastructure, facility operations, and business systems.

The selected candidate for this requisition may be required to occasionally (e.g. application upgrades) work outside normal business hours.

Job Summary

The Digital Enterprise Analyst collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering, operations, and mission support teams across Beyond New Horizons (BNH) to drive digital innovation, workflow automation, and enterprise modernization.

Working closely with branch leadership and project managers, the successful candidate will analyze existing operational workflows, translate business and technical requirements into digital solutions, and build interactive dashboards and automated processes utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and enterprise data tools. This role bridges business analysis, data analytics, and digital solution delivery to enhance operational efficiency, increase data transparency, and advance the strategic digital engineering objectives of AEDC.

Job Duties:

• Lead and execute Digital Enterprise overhead projects independently, providing strategic oversight and ensuring alignment with organizational digital transformation goals.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for various digital initiatives.
• Analyze existing business workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and digital automation.
• Prepare and provide reports for assisting the DE Branch with tracking and controlling the scope of work, resource utilization, schedules, and work accomplishments.
• Perform cost and performance measurement analysis against planned and estimated scope.
• Leverage tools like Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint to streamline enterprise processes.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions for cross-functional teams while ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all digital platforms.
• Gather, document, and translate DE branch requirements into technical specifications for digital solutions.
• Assist with the project management team to track procurements and oversee the installation of hardware as needed.
• Deliver specialized training frameworks across enterprise teams for SharePoint and Cloud platforms, creating standardized best practices that ensure consistent implementation and security compliance.
• Develop and implement automated workflow solutions using enterprise tools (e.g., Power Platform) to streamline administrative and cross-departmental business processes.
• Support the DE branch in the coordination of meeting notes report creation, planning team meetings, and summary processes for the branch.
• It is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.
• Perform other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

• S. or B.A. in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.
• In lieu of college degree, High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience in business systems analysis, data analytics, Power BI development, or automated workflow design within an IT, technical, or industrial setting.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance and secure access to the AEDC local area computer network.
• Due to Air Force Security requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required for employment at AEDC

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing advanced data models and DAX measures within Microsoft Power BI.
• Hands-on experience architecting SharePoint list structures and integrating Power Automate approval workflows across multi-departmental teams.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies (Kanban/Scrum) and utilizing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Planner for project tracking.
• Foundational knowledge of relational databases, SQL queries, or data integration pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to translate non-technical user requests into clear functional requirements and user-friendly interface designs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience conducting user training sessions or writing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount BNH is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time jobs will be adjusted based upon the number of hours agreed to work at location Tennessee: Arnold Air Force, TN. 

L06: $76,000 - $103,000; L07: $89,000 - $122,000 / year at Arnold Air Force Base, TN.
