Ready to take your B2B marketing career to the next level? Electro Rent is growing — and we’re looking for a Digital Demand Generation Specialist to grow with us.

This is more than a campaign execution role. It’s an opportunity to bring your ideas, expertise, and creativity to a global organization serving some of the world’s most innovative technology markets.

As our Digital Demand Generation Specialist, you’ll create integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and connect customers with solutions across High-Speed Digital & Semiconductor, Telecom, Data Center, and other strategic growth markets.

Responsibilities

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Own multi-channel demand generation campaigns from strategy through results
• Build campaigns across email, paid media, social, webinars, events, landing pages, and lead nurture
• Work hands-on with Pardot and Salesforce
• Partner directly with Sales, Product Management, Content, and OEM partners
• Use data, segmentation, testing, and analytics to continuously improve performance
• Help turn marketing engagement into qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline
• Bring forward new ideas and have meaningful ownership of your programs

Is This You?

We’re looking for an experienced B2B marketer who combines creativity, curiosity, technical know-how, and a passion for results.

You’ll stand out if you bring:

• 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience
• Strong hands-on Pardot and Salesforce expertise
• Experience building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
• Knowledge of lead nurturing, segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience with technology marketing, OEM/channel partnerships, MDF-funded programs, or technical markets is an added plus.
