Digital Campaign Manager

Role Overview

The Digital Campaign Manager reports to the Senior Digital Campaign Manager and supports the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel B2B digital campaigns—primarily email, with the potential to expand into SMS and other digital channels over time. This role translates campaign strategy into execution, optimizes performance across the sales funnel, and ensures strong alignment with Sales using marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) to nurture prospects and drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:
•    Contribute channel-level expertise to email campaign planning, including campaign flow, sequencing, asset mix, execution plans, and timelines.
•    Convert high-level email campaign strategies into detailed campaign plans.
•    Execute and manage campaigns across email and digital channels, including audience segmentation, templates, automation workflows, landing pages, personalization, localization, and A/B testing.
•    Coordinate with Sales and Field Marketing to support effective lead handoff, follow-up, and pipeline growth.
•    Monitor email campaign performance against defined KPIs and funnel metrics; identify insights and optimization opportunities.
•    Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports and dashboards with clear findings and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:
•    Hands-on experience in executing email campaigns, including basic HTML programming and landing pages
•    3–5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign management
•    Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
•    Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and sales funnel optimization
•    Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and metrics
•    Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
•    A “can-do” attitude to effectively complete the meticulous work of creating, localizing, testing and sending emails. This is 70% of the job, with the other 30% being campaign strategizing, planning and reporting.
•    Attention to details is an absolute must; language skills are an asset.

Preferred Qualifications: 
•    Hands-on experience across SEO, social media, SMS, and content-driven digital campaigns

Education:
•    Bachelor’s degree in any field; coursework or practical experience in data analytics and basic programming is preferred
•    Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
•    Marketing or analytics certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) are a plus

Location: 
Preference for EST candidates but will also consider Central and Pacific time zones (for both US and Canada). Can be 100% remote or onsite/hybrid in cities where Kodak has office.
