Dietary Aide - Part Time

Location: Little Falls Health Services – Little Falls, MN
Status: Part-Time
Wage Range: NEW STARTING WAGE $19.09 per hour

Schedule: PM Shift 4-7:30pm - 14 hours per pay period, 4 shifts per pay period.

About the Role

As a Dietary Aide, you will assist with meal preparation and service while helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. You’ll play an important role in promoting nutrition, dignity, and quality of care for those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and serving trays
• Deliver food carts and set up dining areas
• Ensure accurate meal portions and diet orders
• Wash dishes and sanitize kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow infection control and food safety procedures
• Provide friendly service to residents and team members

Qualifications

• No experience required — we will train!
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Positive attitude and respect for residents
• Basic understanding of food safety helpful
