Summary
The Dietary Aide is responsible for organizing work areas, preparing meals with attention to nutritional value and presentation, and providing meal service and cleanup. They also provide support to other positions as needed and must follow written and verbal instructions regarding recipes and food labels.
Job Description
In this role you will be:
- Organizing work and work areas
- Considering plate appeal, presentation, customer service, and quality and nutritional value of preparation techniques and final product
- Providing meal service and cleanup
- Providing support and backup to other positions as needed
- Able to understand written and verbal instructions, recipes, and food labels

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent
- EXPERIENCE:
- Institutional kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of institutional production and food safety techniques helpful
- LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: N/A
