Position Title: Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Regular Part Time (RPT)

What You'll Do:
- Prepare, operate, monitor, disinfect, and maintain dialysis machines and related equipment according to established standards.
- Assist with maintaining adequate levels of supplies and ensuring equipment readiness.
- Monitor patients throughout dialysis treatments, assess and respond to machine alarms, and report concerns to the RN.
- Discontinue dialysis treatments, remove needles, and provide appropriate post-treatment access care.
- Obtain and document patient vital signs, weights, and treatment information.
- Assist with access preparation, patient transfers, and other aspects of direct patient care.
- Collaborate with the dialysis team to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Support quality improvement and infection prevention practices within the dialysis unit.
What You'll Bring:
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current Nebraska Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
