Detailer Job Responsibilities

Wash, wax, polish, and detail new, used, and customer vehicles
Clean vehicle interiors including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and treating upholstery
Perform final inspections to ensure vehicles meet dealership quality standards
Maintain cleanliness of detailing bays, equipment, and lot areas
Safely operate detailing tools and equipment
Follow all dealership procedures and safety guidelines
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

Detailer Benefits & Compensation

The Automotive Detailer  position has a pay range of $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications: Detailer Qualifications

Previous detailing or automotive experience preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail with pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable, punctual, and self‑motivated
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
