Responsibilities:

• Sell Universal Studios Hollywood tickets, passes, and approved third-party products using a consultative, guest-focused approach
• Identify and convert upgrade opportunities, including for guests who previously purchased tickets online
• Clearly explain product options, pricing, and value propositions to support informed purchase decisions
• Meet or exceed individual and location sales goals
• Serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable point of contact at Universal-branded desks
• Engage guests to understand their plans and recommend enhancements that improve their visit
• Assist with questions, problem-solving, and guest recovery as needed
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing Universal Studios Hollywood with professionalism and warmth
• Foster good working relationships with internal and external partners through honesty and integrity
• Maintain strong knowledge of Universal offerings, promotions, and ticket policies, as well as of select third-party offerings
• Accurately process transactions in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Track sales activity and performance metrics, and communicate results and insights to leadership
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have fluency in both English and Spanish
• Face-to-face sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with consistent attendance and reliability
• Ability and willingness to stand for extended periods of time and work in varying environments, including indoors and outdoors
• Must have professional attire and ensure appearance always represents the company and product

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience selling tickets, experiences, or upgrades within a travel, entertainment, or attraction-based environment
• Demonstrated consultative sales instinct, including proactively engaging guests and adjusting recommendations in real time to align with their interests and drive successful outcomes
• Energized by the sales process and its outcomes, with the resilience to stay engaged and positive while working toward goals
• Strong judgment in balancing sales objectives with authentic service, professionalism, and brand representation
• Detail-oriented and accurate in tracking sales activity and performance metrics
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to adjust to scheduling changes, or evolving priorities, sometimes on short notice
• Technical acumen to effectively navigate point-of-sale systems, CRM tools, and other technology required to support sales and reporting

Pay:

• Starting at $20/hr
