The Role

As a Dermot Ignite Ambassador, you’ll work alongside our Lifestyle & Events team to help bring resident experiences and brand activations to life across our NYC portfolio.

This is a flexible, event-based role, designed to complement school, an internship, or another career position. 

You’ll gain experience across:

• Experiential marketing and live event execution
• Luxury hospitality and resident experience
• Brand activations and product partnerships
• Social content creation and event photography
• Beauty, wellness, food & beverage, and lifestyle programming
• Trend research and creative ideation

You’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look at how partnerships are developed with emerging consumer brands. Dermot has collaborated with brands across the beauty, wellness and beverages space, most recently including Sisley Paris, Poppi, Dirty Virgin  giving Ambassadors exposure to how products, audiences, content, and experiences come together in the real world.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re polished, personable, reliable, and genuinely curious about marketing, events, hospitality, social media, beauty, wellness, or consumer brands.

You should be comfortable interacting with residents, working in fast-moving environments, capturing strong photo/video content, and being available for select evenings (usually 6-9 PM) and weekends across New York City.

Experience in hospitality, events, retail, marketing, social media, student organizations, or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Schedule: Flexible, event-based; Hourly Compensation.
