You’re responsible for driving operational excellence across your area, ensuring every shift delivers an unbeatable experience for our guests and a winning environment for our team. You keep things running smoothly, jump into the action when needed, and never lose sight of the big picture—great food, great service, and great vibes.
What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences
Coach, train, and develop your team—building an all-star lineup every day
Own execution across operations, from guest engagement to quality, speed, and accuracy
Champion a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas
Bring energy to in-house promotions, local marketing, and fan engagement initiatives
WE’LL PROVIDE THE PLAYBOOK — HERE’S WHAT YOU BRING
You know the game. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service
Experience counts. High school diploma (or equivalent) required; restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred
Team-first mindset. You’re passionate about developing people, building culture, and leading by example
High energy. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are motivated, and bring enthusiasm to every shift
