Our doctors have the opportunity to practice comprehensive general dentistry while maintaining complete clinical autonomy over treatment planning.

COMPENSATION

• Permanent daily minimum guarantee

• Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus for select opportunities

• Average full-time compensation: $300,000–$350,000+

• No production cap

• Full patient schedule and strong earning potential

CLINICAL PRACTICE

• Complete autonomy over treatment planning

• Approximately 12–15 patients per day

• Established patient base and consistent patient flow

• Opportunity to perform a broad range of procedures based on your clinical skill set

• Fully digital and paperless office

• Modern equipment and dedicated clinical support

• Discretion over preferred dental supplies and instruments

• Mentorship from experienced clinicians

• Support for both new graduates and experienced providers
