Truesdale Medical Center is a non-profit organization that provides care and support to individuals living with or affected by HIV/AIDS. Join our team as a Dentist and experience the opportunity to work onsite with a customer-centric group dedicated to excellence. This role allows you to leverage your DDS/DMS qualifications while working One day per week, 6 hours per day, providing essential care to patients, including those with HIV.  Enjoy the benefits of minimal practice overhead, allowing you to focus on what matters most—your patients. The dentist will play a crucial role in providing preventive care, hygiene, and basic dental services tailored to adult patients. Recognizing that individuals with HIV face a higher risk of oral health issues, our team focuses on improving their quality of life through dedicated oral health care enhancing their self-esteem and fostering positive social interactions. Regular check-ups and good dental hygiene are essential components in managing the risks associated with HIV, making our work not just a profession, but a vital contribution to the well-being of our patients. In this role, you will have direct referrals, face-to-face contact with the patients' treating healthcare provider, and use of the latest equipment.

Your day to day as a Dentist

The dentist will examine patients requesting dental care, diagnose their dental/oral conditions, prescribe and carry out appropriate dental/oral treatment or refer individuals for specialty consultation or treatment.
