Overview
As the original Dental Partnership Organization (DPO), MB2 Dental empowers doctors with 100% clinical autonomy backed by modern technology, strong support teams, and comprehensive benefits. We are actively recruiting for opportunities across Oregon, including Eugene, Springfield, Grants Pass, and Salem. Opportunities Include:
- Associate Dentist Role – Multi-provider practice offering mentorship and excellent work-life balance.
- Ownership Opportunity – A clear path to practice ownership with MB2 Dental's proven support model.
What We Offer (Varies by Practice):
Associate Dentist Opportunities:
- $200,000-$300,000+ earning potential
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Flexible schedules, including 3-4 day workweeks
Ownership Opportunity:
- $250,000-$300,000+ earning potential
- $15,000 sign-on or relocation bonus
- Full-time or part-time flexibility
What You'll Need:
- DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. dental school
- Oregon dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
