Opportunity Overview

• Location – 60 E Sunrise #60, Lindenhurst, NY 11757 (Suffolk County | South Shore | West Babylon)
• Schedule – part-time (3 days/week | Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays)
• Compensation – daily guarantee and % of production
• Office setup – digital practice with 7-operatories and Medicaid/PPO patient population
• Clinical tools – Pano, VideaAI technology, Henry Schein formulary, Perio Protect Therapy, and Curodont
