Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist for an outpatient dental opportunity in Bristol, Vermont. This position offers an exceptional weekday schedule, low daily patient volume, generous appointment times, and the opportunity to provide quality-focused preventive dental care as part of an established collaborative team.

New graduates and experienced Dental Hygienists are encouraged to apply. Full-time employment is preferred, but part-time candidates are also welcome.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Dental Hygienist will provide preventive dental care and patient education while collaborating with Dentists and fellow Dental Hygienists on treatment planning and ongoing patient care.

The practice emphasizes quality and relationship-based care rather than high patient volume. Hygienists typically see only 6–7 patients per day, with extended appointment times designed to support comprehensive care and patient education.

PATIENT SCHEDULE

• Approximately 6–7 Patients per Day
• New Patient Appointments: 90–120 Minutes
• Returning Patient Appointments: 60 Minutes
• Quality-Focused Appointment Times

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide preventive dental hygiene services
• Educate patients regarding oral health and preventive care
• Support individualized treatment planning
• Collaborate with Dentists and other Dental Hygienists
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support continuity of patient care
• Develop positive, professional relationships with patients
• Contribute to a supportive and team-oriented clinical environment

ESTABLISHED CLINICAL TEAM

You'll join an established outpatient dental team consisting of 2 Dentists and 3 Dental Hygienists. The practice values teamwork, collaboration, quality patient care, and strong relationships with patients.

The practice utilizes eClinicalWorks for electronic clinical documentation.

LICENSE NOTE: Candidates may either hold an active Vermont Dental Hygienist license OR be eligible for Vermont licensure. Do NOT automatically reject an otherwise qualified out-of-state Dental Hygienist solely because their Vermont license is not yet active. Verify current license, Vermont eligibility, and expected licensing timeline during discovery.

NEW GRADUATES WELCOME: The employer specifically encourages new graduates to apply. There is no minimum number of years of Dental Hygienist experience stated in the supplied posting. Do NOT create an unsupported experience requirement.
