Golden Peak Dental is looking for a part-time Dental Assistant to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado.

This is a great role for a Dental Assistant who wants a consistent two-day schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to be part of a friendly, patient-focused dental practice. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable chairside, and ready to help patients feel cared for from the moment they sit down.

Pay and Schedule

• $25–$28 per hour, based on experience

• Part-time position

• Monday and Tuesday; 7:45am to 5:00pm

Golden Peak Dental is a full-service dental practice that provides general, family, cosmetic, restorative, and urgent dental care. Our team believes great dentistry starts with genuine care, clear communication, and a comfortable patient experience.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare treatment rooms for patient care

• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control standards

• Assist the doctor during dental procedures

• Take x-rays and intraoral photos as needed

• Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment

• Provide patient education and post-operative instructions

• Complete dental charting and clinical documentation accurately

• Help maintain clean, stocked, and organized operatories

• Support lab tasks as needed, such as impressions, models, or temporary crowns

• Communicate clearly with the doctor, team members, and patients

• Pitch in where needed to support a smooth patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Dental Assistant experience preferred

• Strong chairside assisting skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments

• Comfortable working in a busy dental practice

• Friendly, professional communication

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

• Team-first attitude

• Commitment to patient comfort and quality care

• X-ray certification or training preferred

• CPR/BLS certification preferred
